A friend stopped by to hand me a gift and stayed to wash my dishes (which believe me, is not an easy feat after weeks of build up). Best valentine's day ever? I think so!

God really does bless us with angels in our lives.

Dream come true

Well, one of my dreams anyway. =D

Yes, ladies and gentlemen. I have finally witnessed with my own eyes *drum roll, please!* Lion King in theatre!

It was PHENOMENAL! Beautifully staged, magnificent costumes and witty jokes sprinkled here and there. 

Oh but there's more! I got to go back stage thanks to an amazing friend who shall not be named. I'm not even sure if I'm allowed to publicise this. But man, oh man! I touched the cheetah costume, flicked the ear of the hyena's costume, lifted the gazelle puppets, went under the rhino puppet and walked across the stage...TWICE!

My head's still in a rush from that experience. Nothing can possibly get me down at the moment.
